Our client is currently looking for a UX Content Designer to join their busy team in South London! Hours of Work:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Hybrid Flexibility

UX Content Designer Duties:
As a UX Content Designer, you will create clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances the user experience across various digital interfaces, including technical documents and navigational tools. You’ll collaborate with UX designers, developers, and subject matter experts to simplify complex information. In addition, you’ll develop visual aids like flow diagrams and infographics, maintain a consistent tone aligned with brand standards, and refine content using data and user feedback. Essentially, you will help translate technical language into user-friendly terms without compromising on accuracy.

UX Content Designer Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or technical communication.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Miro, or similar for creating visual content.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams.
