M-KOPA is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the people agenda for our Product organisation and other global functions. You will partner with leaders across product, design, digital lending, fraud, workplaces, impact, and marketing to align people strategy with product delivery and team evolution.

This role requires partnering with senior leaders, managing employee relations across multiple regions, and driving capability development in managers.
