Senior Paid Social Manager (Meta & TikTok)

Prescot, Liverpool (Hybrid – 1 Day Office / 4 Days Home)
£45,000-£50,000 + Hybrid Working + Flexible Hours + Career Progression

Are you a Paid Social Manager or Senior Paid Media Manager with strong Meta and TikTok Ads experience, looking for an opportunity to take ownership of high-performing campaigns across a diverse client portfolio within a growing digital agency?
On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious agency where Paid Social is a core service offering. You’ll take full ownership of strategy, campaign management and optimisation across Meta and TikTok, working directly with clients to deliver measurable ROI while enjoying hybrid working, flexible hours and genuine autonomy.
In this role, you will manage paid social campaigns from strategy through to optimisation and reporting, working closely with clients to achieve ambitious lead generation and revenue targets. You’ll analyse campaign performance, produce creative recommendations and ensure every account delivers against agreed KPIs.
This role would suit a Paid Social Manager, Senior Paid Media Manager, Social Media Manager, Performance Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on Meta and TikTok Ads experience looking to join a growing agency with real autonomy and long-term progression.
The Role

• Manage Meta & TikTok campaigns
• Develop paid social strategies
• Optimise ROI, ROAS and lead generation
• Analyse campaign performance
• Produce client reports
• Liaise directly with clients
• Support creative ad development
• Hybrid working (1 day in Prescot office)

The Person

• 3+ years’ Paid Social experience
• Strong Meta Ads experience
• Strong TikTok Ads experience
• Agency experience beneficial
• GA4 knowledge advantageous
• Analytical and commercially minded
• Full UK Driving Licence
