What will you do as a Sales & Account Manager?

• Manage warm inbound enquiries from first contact through to close
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to qualify and convert new business
• Lead client kickoff meetings and ensure a smooth transition into delivery
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for long-term growth
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Share market feedback to help improve sales processes and lead conversion

What do you need as a Sales & Account Manager?

• Proven success in a consultative sales or business development role
• Experience running discovery calls and closing new business
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with a proactive, target-driven approach
• Experience selling digital marketing services would be advantageous
