Paid Media Executive London 2 days in-office Clear Progression

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: 28,000- 30,000 DOE

KRG are currently partnered with an award-winning B2B marketing agency that is looking to add a Paid Media Executive to its growing Paid Media team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1+ year’s agency experience in PPC or Paid Media who is looking to develop their career with an agency renowned for delivering strategic digital campaigns for global B2B brands.

You’ll join a collaborative team where you’ll receive hands-on training, work directly with experienced Paid Media Managers, and have a clear progression path as your skills develop.

The Role

As a Paid Media Executive, you’ll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social. You’ll gain exposure to a range of B2B clients while developing a strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display.
• Support Paid Social campaigns across LinkedIn
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Analyse campaign data using GA4 and platform reporting.
• Assist with reporting and presenting campaign insights to the wider team.
• Keep up to date with platform updates and performance marketing best practices.
• Work closely with senior members of the Paid Media team to develop your technical skills.

We’re looking to speak with candidates who have:

• 1+ year’s experience working within a digital marketing or paid media agency.
• Hands-on experience building and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
• A strong understanding of performance marketing and PPC principles.
• Experience working with Google Ads and an interest in Paid Social.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager or LinkedIn Ads would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
