Marketing Executive

Location: Horsham (On-site)

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for integrating cutting-edge technologies into the commercial process. As a Marketing Executive, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and senior management teams to swiftly produce engaging and visually appealing content using advanced tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in traditional creative skills, combined with a keen interest in leveraging data and innovative solutions to enhance commercial outcomes. This role demands a balance of creativity and analytical thinking to drive effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

• A demonstrable passion, curiosity, and experience in generating ideas, telling engaging stories, and making creative concepts.
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Attention to the smallest detail.
• A team player with interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Some graphic design and video editing experience
• Ideally some knowledge of WordPress
• Ideally some basic AI tool experience, knowledge, or interest

Some key responsibilities:

• Create compelling videos, graphics and other visual assets to enhance brand presence.
• Write persuasive and engaging copy for website content, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
• Ensure websites are optimised for performance and SEO, enhancing user experience and engagement.
• Streamline and enhance social media management, including scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with the creation of marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with other departments assisting with their communication and marketing requirements.
