We are working with a high-growth, technology-led business operating across AI, data, automation and digital transformation, as it enters an exciting period of growth and expansion.

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially focused Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy across multiple service lines and geographies.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a marketing leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong commercial execution, building a high-performing marketing function that directly contributes to pipeline, revenue and business growth.
The Role Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will take ownership of the overall marketing strategy, with a particular focus on demand generation, brand positioning, go-to-market and marketing integration following a period of acquisition and growth.
You will work closely with the CRO, CEO, Sales, Product and senior leadership teams to create a unified brand and scalable marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a data-driven marketing strategy aligned to revenue and growth objectives.
• Build and scale a predictable demand generation and pipeline engine.
• Lead ABM and targeted campaigns focused on enterprise customers.
• Develop and implement a unified brand strategy across acquired businesses.
• Lead marketing integration following acquisitions, including brand, messaging and go-to-market alignment.
• Position the business as a market leader within AI, data and technology solutions.
• Translate complex technology propositions into compelling customer-focused messaging.
• Drive thought leadership, content, PR and digital marketing activity.
• Establish clear marketing KPIs, attribution and ROI reporting.
• Build, develop and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Embed an AI-first approach across marketing, using AI to improve content, campaigns, insight, automation and productivity.
• Partner closely with Sales to maximise conversion, pipeline and revenue contribution.

About You You will be a commercially minded senior marketing leader with:

• Strong B2B technology marketing experience, ideally within AI, data, SaaS, digital transformation or technology solutions.
• Proven experience building and scaling demand generation engines that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on experience using AI within marketing and embedding AI tools into day-to-day marketing activity.
• Proven experience leading marketing through M&A integration, including brand consolidation and GTM alignment.
• Experience working with enterprise sales cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Strong understanding of ABM, digital marketing, content, SEO, paid media and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI.
• Experience working across multiple geographies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ideally, experience within a PE-backed, high-growth or buy-and-build environment.
