Growth Marketing Manager – Peterborough/Hybrid – 40,000 – 45,000

I am working with a full-service agency looking to bring in an experienced Growth Marketing Manager able to drive the growth of their business pipeline and marketing activities.

In the role you will drive the growth of the agencies new business pipeline and lead generation whilst leading and managing on their marketing activities.
You will play a key role in helping them continue to support their client’s growth through a range of digital strategies and campaigns.

You will be joining the agency during a period of significant growth, where they promote creative freedom, empower accountability and provide the opportunity to shape the role around yourself.
The agency is all about their people and even have a development budget as well as a generous annual leave allowance.

What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Manager:

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies
• Expand presence and marketing activities to increase brand awareness
• Increase engagement and brand performance across social channels
• Build positive relationships with clients
• Be responsible for growing the events strategy
• Qualify opportunities and the lead funnel

What you’ll bring as a Growth Marketing Manager:

• 3+ years working in a goal driven B2B marketing environment
• Experience having accountability of marketing budgets and performance
• Confident working alongside sales resources
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to create relationships with clients
• Agency experience preferred
