Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver business strategy across retail, e commerce, and distribution channels
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through smart planning and cost control
• Oversee day to day operations, ensuring compliance and exceptional client experience
• Lead e commerce performance, optimising UX, digital marketing, and online sales
• Manage supply chain and logistics for efficient B2B distribution
• Take full P&L responsibility, reporting on KPIs and financial performance
• Inspire and develop a multi disciplinary team to achieve ambitious goals
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing across all touchpoints

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable success in a Leadership or GM role, ideally within Beauty or a related industry
• Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence
• Digital fluency with e commerce platforms and marketing strategies
