• Owning and delivering the digital marketing strategy across web, social, email, paid media, and data
• Planning and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a connected and consistent experience across all channels
• Acting as the primary point of contact for key business areas and regional offices, providing expert digital consultation and championing a digital-first mindset across the organisation
• Leading virtual project teams on major digital and marketing initiatives that align to strategic business priorities
• Managing global social media channels (including LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram), ensuring content is deployed in line with best practice, with oversight of community engagement and performance reporting
• Overseeing the design and build of landing pages and supporting CMS-related web activity
• Translating data and analytics into actionable insights to continuously optimise campaigns and improve ROI
• Collaborating with PR, brand, and events colleagues to ensure coherent integration between online and offline activity
• Supporting the review and improvement of processes across onshore and offshore teams to improve speed to market and efficiency
• Deputising for the Global Digital Marketing Lead in senior stakeholder forums as required

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrable experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns
• Strong knowledge of SEO and GEO best practice
• Hands-on experience managing social media at scale, including organic and paid activity
• Proven experience in email marketing and using a CRM platform for targeted, segmented communications
• Solid understanding of CMS platforms, web architecture, and digital user experience
• Comfortable working with data and analytics to generate insights and inform decision-making
• Experience managing third-party agencies and suppliers, including setting briefs, quality standards, and performance targets
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels
• Prior experience in a large, complex, or matrixed organisation or a digital marketing agency
