We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Customer Service & Marketing Associate to support customer relationships, digital marketing activity and sales administration.

This is a varied role combining customer service, content creation, digital marketing, social media management and sales support. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing or sales administration roles, alongside proven digital creation skills and a passion for developing engaging content.

The ideal candidate will be confident creating professional digital content, managing social media channels and supporting marketing campaigns, while also providing excellent customer service, managing enquiries and assisting the sales team with day-to-day administration.

A qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Communications or a related discipline is essential, alongside strong experience within customer service, sales support or account administration.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and day-to-day account support.
• Provide excellent customer service through telephone, email and digital communication channels.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support customer retention.
• Manage customer updates, enquiries, quotations and follow-up activity.
• Prepare quotations, reports, presentations and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer details and sales activity.
• Assist with sales enquiries and identify opportunities for additional services.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Create engaging digital content to support brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage and develop content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Produce professional social media posts, newsletters, case studies, presentations and marketing materials.
• Create and edit digital assets including graphics, images, videos and promotional content.
• Capture and showcase company projects, successes and customer stories.
• Support website content updates and ensure information remains accurate.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement and audience growth.
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities for new content.

Brand & Marketing Support

• Help develop a consistent brand identity and professional online presence.
• Work with internal teams to gather information, images and content for marketing activity.
• Ensure all content reflects company values, brand guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide creative ideas to improve engagement and strengthen the company s market presence.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Content Creation, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Previous experience within a customer service, sales administration, account support or similar commercial role.
• Proven experience creating digital content for business audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience creating engaging written and visual content.
• Experience within transport, logistics, events, entertainment or another fast-paced industry.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.

Working Hours- Monday to Friday, 8:00am 6:00pm

Salary- £30,000 £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
