About East Anglian Air Ambulance
East Anglian Air Ambulance is a lifesaving regional charity delivering critical emergency care across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond.
With two state-of-the-art helicopters and a fleet of critical care vehicles, our expert teams of doctors and paramedics bring advanced pre hospital emergency medical care directly to people when they need it most.
About the role
East Anglian Air Ambulance is powered by supporter donations and by people who understand what we do, and that understanding starts with powerful storytelling. As Communications and Engagement Manager, you’ll shape how the whole region sees, hears and feels the impact of this charity: from the campaigns that win new supporters, the events that bring communities face to face with our crews and volunteers, and the internal messages that keep our own people proud of the work they do.
You’ll lead a small, talented team within the Brand and Marketing Communications Team, and work hand-in-hand with the Fundraising and Supporters Team to deliver exceptional communications at every touchpoint. This is a cross-charity role: your storytelling underpins the income that keeps helicopters fuelled, crews trained and lives saved.
Every take-off is a story in progress: a patient, a crew, a community responding. Your job is to help the region connect with that story.
