Marketing Manager – Basingstoke Area/M3 Corridor (hybrid)

£40-45K plus Bonus

We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, build strong partnerships and inspire a team to deliver exceptional campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the campaigns: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategy and creative development through to execution, optimisation and ROI reporting.
• Work with leading tech brands: Build strong relationships with high-profile technology partners, pitching innovative marketing plans and securing additional investment.
• Drive commercial growth: Partner with sales and commercial teams to align marketing activity with business objectives, lead generation and revenue targets.
• Think multi-channel: Collaborate with digital specialists to deliver integrated campaigns that reach the right audiences and make an impact.
• Own the numbers: Manage substantial marketing budgets, monitor performance and ensure campaigns deliver against GP targets and ROI expectations.
• Lead and inspire: Manage, mentor and develop a talented marketing team, creating an environment where people can grow and do their best work.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Use market insights, customer trends and fresh thinking to develop relevant campaigns that stand out from the competition.

What we’re looking for

• At least 6 years’ experience in B2B marketing in either Technology, IT or SaaS with proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing budgets, measuring ROI and delivering against commercial targets.
• Experience of enterprise and partner marketing/channel marketing
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• A creative, commercially astute mindset, with the ability to balance big-picture strategy and hands-on delivery.
• Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
