Position: Agency Operations Manager

Location: London, England

Mode of working: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Duration: 12 months Contract+ possibility of extension

Role & Responsibility:

• The Client is looking for a Client Service Account Manager or Project manager or Delivery manager to support the relationship and deliver from end to end.
• You will be the go between for the selected Digital marketing agency and the Marketing team within company to ensure projects are delivered on time keep clear communication lines.
• Good agency and in marketing experience, Understand how agencies work
• Proven track record delivering end to end with results demonstrated on the CV
• Experience with projects, cross-functional stakeholder management, and project management.
• Develop innovative insights and thorough analysis for marketing leadership and other partners (eg, Product team, Sales) by scoping and conducting user research and analysing the market.
• Design and maintain a favourable public image by building brand and product recognition through marketing campaigns including social media or channel marketing.
• Experience with Advertising or Digital marketing industry is added advantage
