Wholesale Coordinator- Consumer London (hybrid working) Consumer Industry 35,000 (starting salary) with planned progression route

This business is based in London, they produce high-quality products for consumers. This business works with all the major UK retailers and they are looking for a driven Wholesale Coordinator due to exponential company year- on- year growth.

Experience as an Account Coordinator, Wholesale Coordinator or similar role working within another consumer goods business or retail supplier is a must for this role.

The Role

The Wholesale Coordinator manages customer and operational transactions in partnership with the sales and operations team. In this role you will be expected to support communication across all functions, most notably commercial, operations and supply chain. This is a fast paced role where the ability to juggle multiple things at once is a must! Some other duties include:

• Account Support, fielding account specific calls and emails, developing relationships with key partners and retailers
• Assisting with in depth product set-up information, providing partners/retailers with the detail they need.
• Sales Data analysis and weekly reporting (incl. key initiatives sales data and stock availability)
• Process orders (order review and entry) and maintain open order workbook/s, linking with other departments
• Attend meetings both internally and externally.
• Data cleansing tasks
• Appreciate customers logistical needs and vendor compliance
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, retail partners, peers and other departments.
• Participate in product / brand knowledge training to learn about new and existing product lines
• Strong knowledge and understanding of company systems, products and processes.
• End to end administrative support

The Candidate

Experience as an Account Coordinator, Wholesale Coordinator or similar role working within another consumer goods business or retail supplier is a must. Other desired skills include:

• I am looking for a real go-getter with an excellent working knowledge of Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail is a must
• A willingness to learn, adapt, participate and develop
• Demonstrated client services focus in a similar area/role
• Analytical mind with a good understanding of numbers
• Excellent customer service, engagement and communication skills
• Be able to demonstrate a ‘team player’ ethic
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages essential
• Process and results driven
• Methodical approach to daily tasks
• Confident in working autonomously/independently to meet changing deadlines
• A willing and adaptable aptitude to provide support to the team when necessary, during busy periods or times of absence
