Salary is 60,000 plus benefits.

Hybrid working onsite at offices in Thurrock, Essex 2 – 3 days per week

We are looking for a Retail Website Manager to manage the e-commerce strategy and day to day running of the website for a well-known multi-channel retail brand.

You will development the site taxonomy and information architecture from scratch; mapping each customer journey for each outcome, working with digital teams to ensure the development delivers to these requirements.

You will manage a small team to ensure all product content is delivered in time for launches, working with marketing and buying to ensure content is accurate. You will manage site promotions; design and deliver key performance analytics; and support the brand refresh.

As such the right person will have:

• Previous experience managing a website for a multichannel brand.
• Proven experience in creation of analytics, strategies, and customer journeys.
• Depth of understanding on website impact on customer experience, marketing and performance.
