Web Manager – Hybrid – to £48k

We’re seeking a talented Web Manager to join our client’s Marketing Communications team and take charge of their website portfolio.

As the Web Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the websites provide an exceptional online experience and serve as a dynamic showcase for our client’s events and brand. You will lead the digital strategy, collaborate with IT and marketing teams, and drive continuous improvement in web performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage our client’s websites (including customer portals)
• Lead website strategy and set clear objectives and KPIs
• Collaborate with IT and content teams to ensure timely updates and improvements
• Implement comprehensive SEO and web optimization strategies
• Drive the digital transformation journey, including virtual events and commercial opportunities
• Generate revenue through innovative web projects
• Provide regular performance reports using data and insights

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of web management experience, ideally in a B2B environment
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Expertise in website management, UX/UI design, and web content management
• Proficient in SEO/SEM strategies and web performance analytics
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Web Manager Salary and Benefits:

• Salary between £40k and £48k
