This role is hybrid & does require to be in our London office 3 days a week in order to fulfill the needs of the role and support our team.

Additional Management Responsibilities:
Success for a VP, Sales in the market research industry is demonstrated through consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining high client retention rates, and receiving positive feedback. The VP, Sales will need to have both extensive player + coach experience. As a player, experience building and maintaining a book of business is critical. This experience will allow you to more successfully work with the sales team on sales strategy, prospecting, communication, pricing and feasibility questions. Within the coach capacity expectations, a successful VP, Sales will have experience managing a sales team of 5+ members. It also involves leading a sales team that achieves its goals and grows professionally, while effectively collaborating across departments to integrate market research insights into impactful sales strategies. Additionally, the role requires maintaining high operational efficiency, upholding regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
