What is looked for:

• Jointly taking on the strategic leadership and further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team with management.
• Having overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Being accountable for the successful end-to-end implementation of international Commercial, Digital, Tech, and Data Due Diligence projects for buy-side and sell-side transactions, defining the appropriate strategy with the customer, setting requirements, and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Driving the advancement of internal knowledge (Thought Leadership) and establishing partnerships with leading large- and mid-cap private equity funds.
• Establishing and optimizing the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.
• Playing a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and developing new AI-driven services based on current trends and industry developments.
• Collaborating closely with the Leadership Team from all departments.
• Representing the company and the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team at events, trade shows, and universities.
• Working with the People & Culture Team to develop the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team and supporting the recruitment of top talent.

Requirements:

• Holding a university degree with excellent performance in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
• Having 8+ years of professional experience focusing on digital strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
• Possessing expert knowledge and a deep understanding of technology, marketing, and AI, as well as the latest tools and trends in the digital sector.
• Demonstrating proven experience and excellent skills in team coordination, leadership, and project management.
• Having strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured and results-oriented approach.
• Excelling in oral and written communication skills.
• Being a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for work.
• Speaking fluent English.
