The company specialises in solutions for the retail media industry, offering a platform that streamlines the full marketing campaign cycle. • Location: London
• Work Schedule: Hybrid, 1-2 days a week in the office but open to less
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary Band: £53,000+ with a 10% bonus

The Job

As the UX Architect, your responsibilities will include:

• User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours, analyse feedback, and create personas and journey maps.
• UX Strategy and Planning: Develop and communicate UX strategies, define goals and metrics, and create roadmaps to guide product development.
• Design and Prototyping: Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring responsiveness and optimisation across devices.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, and lead design workshops.
• Usability Testing and Iteration: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyse results, and iterate designs to improve user satisfaction.
• Documentation and Standards: Create and maintain design documentation and style guides, establishing UX standards and ensuring design consistency.

You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of Front-End standards including W3C and Accessibility.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
• Expertise in user research and usability testing.
• Strong analytical skills to translate user data into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of design thinking principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
