Their Performance and transformation team in Reading is now looking for a Transformation Expert.

What will you be doing?

Structure complex challenges with multiple stakeholders into a phased executional project
Plan and execute short & medium-term internal projects or tasks such as new methods tools, change project, improvement process, digital implementation, and others
Facilitate transformation and innovation process by running workshops, bringing clarity, and aligning stakeholders
Measure impact and capture learnings from transformation projects and improvement initiatives
Ensure close coordination and partnership within the portfolio of Transformation projects to align deliverables and timelines and align cadences and synergies to leverage work and spot interdependencies across the projects

We think you should have:

A sound knowledge of project delivery through all phases and execution
Excellent communication skills and naturally builds strong relationships
Ability to produce concise reports and presentations appropriate for all levels
5+ years’ experience in; a Consultant role and/or Change management and/or Commercial & marketing analysis and/or Project management and/or Innovation and agile methodologies
Experience within a management position
Self-motivated and always one step ahead
Good at communicating with all levels of the organisation and true team player abilities
Creative enthusiast driven by ideas and action
Skilled at learning new concepts quickly and working well under pressure
