Temporary Marketing Assistant / Executive

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work for world-renowned heritage site! They are seeking a temporary Digital Marketing Executive to assist with managing 4 different websites. This is a content focused role and will require excellent organisation and creativity.

The core digital areas that you will focus on include multi websites, Google Analytics, SEO and content. Your goal is to continue the maximisation of awareness, engagement and commercial return across all of our client’s brands.

This role is to start on Monday 22nd November, enabling you to receive training and a handover with the current incumbent. This role will be ongoing until the end of December 2021.

The working hours for this position are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with 2/3 days working from home. Please note every Monday you will be required to work from the office.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

This is also a full-time role so you must be immediately available to work a full working week.

Temporary Marketing Executive Responsibilities

Executing marketing campaigns across a range of platforms
Assisting with rolling out and maintaining company branding
Briefing stakeholders and creating material
Reporting back to the Department Head on feedback, actions, and activity
Editing content
Monitoring and posting on social media

Temporary Marketing Executive Requirements

It is essential that you have significant experience in a similar marketing role. You will hold a strong understanding of B2B marketing and will be able to hit the ground running straight away with the tasks mentioned above.
Qualifications such as a Marketing degree are not essential, although strongly preferred
Adaptability, meticulous organisation skills and high levels of IT literacy will all be essential in this fast-paced position.
You must be able to analyse results and think of feasible solutions to issues which may inevitably arise.
Previous experience of agency and stakeholder management will allow you to stand out as a strong candidate.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be adaptable and passion about providing exceptional support within the team.
