Temporary Website Coordinator
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and experienced digital coordinator to take on this exciting in-house post in Bicester. Supporting the Website Manager and the wider Digital and Marketing Teams, you will assist with workflow of the website and app.

This role will cover a wide variety of tasks, including general maintenance of website content, driving operational proficiencies, and supporting delivery of key website projects. This role will also develop website initiatives and related reporting with the primary goal of driving footfall.

Temporary Website Coordinator Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing day to day support for all aspects of website content, using the content management system, updating regularly with product offers, events, seasonal imagery as well as using creative copywriting skills to write new copy
Using Google Analytics for reporting on website traffic and to better understand consumer behaviour and to target future campaigns
Coordination support of website content calendars in line with the wider strategy and general marketing calendars/plans
Working closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure all brand pages are kept seasonally relevant
Development and maintenance of quarterly reference packs
Collaborating with the wider digital teams to cross promote content

Temporary Website Coordinator Requirements
The successful candidate must:

Be digital/new media/social media savvy, with a working knowledge of web and mobile technologies, Adobe and Microsoft suites
Organised, able to plan, prioritise and put processes in place
Strong communicator – able to share information at all levels
Autonomous and able to work in a team
Ability to multi-task on multiple projects concurrently and able to switch focus quickly
Be aware of opportunities with SEO and PPC campaigns, Google Ads and keyword bidding and be aware of best practice
Be an online marketing specialist with knowledge and enthusiasm to be an advocate of digital with some technical understanding of online applications and website CMS functionality
