Job Title: Technical Trainer (Digital Marketing/Social Media & Web Design)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: Up to 50,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive, and practical training sessions on Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Web Design.
• Design and update course materials, including presentations, manuals, exercises, and assessments.
• Conduct workshops, live demonstrations, and hands-on sessions to reinforce learning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and web design.
• Assess and evaluate learners’ progress through quizzes, projects, and feedback sessions.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to help learners achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media management, and Web Design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, SEO tools.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is a strong advantage.
• Ability to tailor content delivery to diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced learners.
• Certification in Digital Marketing, Web Design, or related fields is a plus.
