Technical Marketing Coordinator

Permanent, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, based in PE9, salary 28,000- 40,000 depending on experience

Our client, a leading industrial automation equipment provider, is seeking a talented and dynamic Technical Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

Purpose of the role is to connect engineering and sales team to create and manage technical marketing materials that explain the features/benefit of their products.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write and edit technical documents like manuals, data sheets, quick-start guides, and more.
• Collaboration: Work with engineering and sales teams to turn technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Product Launches: Help plan and execute product launches, ensuring all technical materials are ready.
• Sales Support: Provide the sales team with technical information, creating presentations and FAQs.
• Digital Marketing: Team up with digital marketing to optimise content for online campaigns.
• Training: Create training materials and lead sessions to educate internal teams and customers about our products.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects, making sure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Requirement:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical marketing, writing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear messaging.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Handle multiple projects, making sure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.
