Strategic Travel Account Manager
Salary: up to 45,000 per annum depending on experiences plus 10,000 OTE Bonus

The company:
A well-established British travel management company that offers services to domestic and international clients.
Main duties:
To take ownership of managing an existing portfolio of accounts while actively seeking out new solutions and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
The Role:
– To consistently identify and provide effective solutions that foster enduring partnerships and retention
– To implement the Digital First strategy, with focus on solutions such as Workflow Solutions and Online Booking.
– To proactively monitor industry trends and analyse customer data to discover innovative solutions and new revenue streams
– To closely collaborate with Service, Tech or Finance teams to drive continuous service improvement
– To collaborate with Operations team to ensure service is in line with contractual obligations
– To effectively track both internal and external key performance indicators
– To develop and implement action plans for improvement, track results and performance
– To report directly to the Commercial Director
The Candidate:
– Previous experience in Sales and Account Management in B2B is a must
– Experience in Travel Industry is essential
– Able to demonstrate negotiation techniques and successes
– Fully competent and confident Word, Excel and PowerPoint user
– Highly organised and proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
