Our client is a rapidly growing-technology business based in the West Midlands. They have a broad product portfolio and customer base, and as they continue on their ambitious growth journey they are looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Marketing Director to shape their go-to-market strategy, and turn creative campaigns into measurable, tangible results.
The Opportunity
The Strategic Marketing Director will lead the UK Marketing & Channel Management Team across all business development, marketing and communications activities. This includes physical, online, inbound, outbound, internal, and external efforts aimed at generating leads, building brand awareness, and increasing market share to drive profitable growth. A key focus of the role will be the development and growth of the organisation’s indirect partner & reseller channels – to include strategy, partner recruitment, relationship management, incentive programmes, co-marketing initiatives and performance monitoring. You’ll own and manage a decent budget and be able to measure and report on ROI.
The Individual
The successful Strategic Marketing Director will be highly strategic and commercial in their approach, and:
– have a demonstrable track record of delivering in a B2B marketing role
– will understand the technology reseller / channel partner route to market (indirect)
– have experience of both traditional and digital marketing strategies
– be in the detail – you’ll be analytical, adept at budget management, and understand the importance of tracking ROI
– be an experienced team leader, able to motivate and shape a successful marketing team
– be proactive in your approach – someone who takes pride in getting the job done
Location
The role is based in the West Midlands and offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two days remote.

Excellent salary + car allowance + bonus
