As a Retail Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Driving customer service standards in your store
• Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability
• Training, coaching and developing your team
• Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines
• Achieving store and company KPI’s
• Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis
• Stock management

Our Client’s Store Manager role is the ideal role if you are looking to join an expanding retailer who will be opening over 10 new stores this year! To be successful for this position you would have had to managed a fast paced, multi product retail store and have experience driving results and KPIS’s.

In reward for your hard work, you will receive a salary up to £26,000 plus benefits, which is reviewed throughout your career.
