You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development of digital content, support, and resources for Speech and Language Therapists, a segment that has been steadily growing this year.The right candidate will take ownership of helping to market our existing materials for Speech and Language Therapists in England; increasing the membership and community engagement in this segment, and recognising where there are opportunities to help and support practitioners further. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about Speech and Language Therapy to help inform the development and direction of resources produced by the Inclusion product.A typical week could involve any of the following:Showing tenacity and drive, and going above and beyond to reach new customers and build your segment.Engaging with customers within the Speech and Language market and working alongside the Inclusion Product Owner to develop plans for potential development and direction of Speech and Language Therapy resources.Sales and marketing: spreading the word to new customers that we can help and support! Managing social media activity and making sure the right messages reach our customers at the right time.Digital optimisation: looking at the overall user experience of the Twinkl site and working with our web and design teams to continuously improve this.Business management and strategy: putting plans in place to help achieve our ambitious growth targets, data reporting and working with other segment and country managers to understand what’s working and how we can improve.You’ll work with: The Country Manager, Adam Kenyon The England Segment Managers teamThe Inclusion Product Owner, Toni MuirThe SEND and EAL Segment Managers, Hannah Lawrence and Helen BodellThe Inclusion product teamRequirementsWe’re interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:Cares passionately about the education and therapeutic community as well as speech and language therapy.Experience marketing a product within the education sector.Thorough knowledge of the SALT processes and education system in England.A minimum of two years experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist.Understands what good prioritisation is, and values output and results.Is super-positive, optimistic and works well within a range of teams.Is resilient and can respond to internal and external feedback positively and professionally.
