What you’ll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Numeral, you will play a critical role in supporting the entire sales cycle, from lead creation to deal closing, working alongside Account Executives to ensure prospects fully understand the value of Numeral’s solutions. You will act as a bridge between partnerships, product, engineering, and implementation teams.

• Product demonstrations and presentations – Understand Numeral’s platform to conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations that address the specific needs of prospects and customers.
• Target state solution workshops – Collaborate with Account Executives and prospective customers to identify their target payment state and determine how Numeral fits into their overall solution architecture.
• Solutions design – Create custom solutions by leveraging the Numeral platform and our software and banking partners.
• Assist with RFIs / RFPs – Craft best-in-class responses to Requests for Information and Proposals.
• Product-led presales – Guide prospects in accessing and exploring the sandbox environment, supporting their testing and evaluation processes.
• Handover with implementation – Ensure a seamless transition of new projects to the implementation team.
• Support product and marketing – Contribute to the creation of insights and collateral such as demo videos, case studies, and other marketing materials.
• Sales-to-product feedback loop: Act as a key feedback channel to align Numeral’s product roadmap with insights gathered from prospects, customers, and partners.

What you’ll bring

• Banking and/or fintech expertise – A solid understanding of banking and/or payments, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Experience in a product, presales, or implementation role at an enterprise technology company or in consulting.
• Strategic thinking – Ability to break down complex integration projects into manageable parts.
• Curious and quick learner – Passion for understanding how things work and a desire to expand knowledge.
• Detail-oriented – Thrive on technical details of complex systems and preparing solutions.
• Simplification skills – Distill complex, technical solutions into clear, actionable messages.
• Influential and persuasive – Navigate organizations and influence technical decisions effectively.
• Think beyond execution – Actively think about ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• English language proficiency – Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
