Job Overview
As a Google Ads and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating effective advertising strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and Execute Advertising Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
– Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
– Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights.
– Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to target the right demographics.
– Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos.
– A/B Testing: Implement and analyse A/B tests to optimize ad performance.
– Compliance: Ensure all advertising activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
– Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, particularly in the finance sector.
Qualifications and Skills
– Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Google Ads and social media advertising, preferably within the finance sector.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Certifications: Google Ads certification and any relevant social media advertising certifications are highly desirable.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of compliance requirements in the finance industry.
