Are you passionate about Social Media? We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to develop and implement our clients social media strategy in the FMCG industry. This role is based in Liverpool and is fully office based.

Description

• Develop and implement social media strategy in line with business goals.
• Manage the creation and publication of engaging, original content.
• Manage and maintain all company social media channels including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics related to social media efforts.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

Profile

A successful Social Media Manager should have:

• Proven experience in social media role in FMCG industry (or retail industry).
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
• Excellent communication skills with a flair for copywriting.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work from Liverpool 5 days a week.
