Duties:

1. Work alongside Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to build world-class cryptocurrency applications and experiences.
2. Provide product vision and strategy for the team.
3. Design and lead a multi-year roadmap aligned with the company’s OKRs, strategy, and vision.
4. Build and lead an exceptional engineering team to innovate, invent, implement, and deploy complex software solutions in a mission-critical environment.
5. Understand customer needs, gather product requirements, identify market opportunities, and define product vision and strategy.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Product Growth, with a track record of creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, and defining go-to-market strategies.
2. Experience designing, implementing, and/or integrating IAM solutions.
3. Experience managing engineering teams, designers, and collaborating with other product teams.
4. Strong project management skills and ability to work across different product teams.
5. Strong leadership skills.
6. An agile mindset focused on iterative improvement rather than long-term bets.
7. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.

Nice To Have

1. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, both technical and practical.
2. Experience in cryptocurrency or financial services product management.
3. Experience with KYC, AML, and IAM services.
4. Understanding of custodial versus non-custodial aspects of cryptocurrency financial products.
