About the role:

As Senior Video Editor, you will lead the editorial and production workflow for all user-generated video content published across Pubity Group’s Facebook pages. Your focus will be on maintaining consistent, high-quality output that drives platform performance – managing a team of video editors, enforcing publishing standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.

You’ll play a key leadership role in the Social Video department, with a responsibility to streamline operations, implement scalable processes, and adapt quickly to content trends and platform shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the daily video publishing workflow for all Facebook UGC content across Pubity Group brands

• Lead a team of video editors, setting priorities, timelines, and feedback loops to ensure high-volume output without compromising quality

• Manage the end-to-end workflow and publishing pipeline, including content sourcing, edits, approvals, and scheduling

• Set and maintain clear editorial standards, tone, and visual identity across each Facebook brand

• Collaborate closely with Channel Managers and the Social Video Director to ensure content aligns with audience behaviours and platform best practices

• Monitor platform trends, performance data, and Facebook algorithm updates, adjusting strategy and workflow where needed

• Conduct regular editorial check-ins, giving feedback and support to the video team to improve execution and consistency

• Maintain visibility on all active projects, managing priorities and removing bottlenecks to keep content flowing

• Support strategic initiatives that drive growth, retention, and monetisation via UGC video content

WhatWe’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in social video publishing or editorial production, ideally in a digital-first media environment

• Strong understanding of Facebook video performance, retention tactics, and monetisation models

• Experience managing video teams with a focus on editorial output and daily execution

• Excellent organisational and workflow management skills – able to handle multiple deadlines and competing priorities

• Editorially sharp with a proven eye for what works on social and why

• Confident using Meta Business Suite, performance dashboards, and internal tooling to inform decisions

• A calm, solutions-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, reactive environments

• Deep understanding of viral trends, Gen Z humour, and short-form visual storytelling
