Join us as a Senior UX Researcher where you’ll play a key role in understanding our customers needs, behaviours and pain points to better inform product and design decisions.
You will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of customer research projects utilising both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and using your experience to support and mentor others. This role sits within the Barclays Insight and Experience Design (BiXD); a bank wide multidisciplinary design team made up of UX Researchers, UX and UI Designers, Copywriters and Design Ops.
