Senior Regular Giving Fundraiser
£30,000 – £34,000 per annum
Thames Hospice is one of the biggest and most innovative hospices in the country. Our state-of-the-art building is on Bray Lake, between Windsor and Maidenhead. We offer care for families at their moment of crisis at our 29 bed in patient unit, through day services and in their own homes.
Thames Hospice has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Regular Giving Fundraiser to join our dedicated fundraising team at our beautiful office in Maidenhead.
As Senior Regular Giving Fundraiser for Thames Hospice, you will develop and grow acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns across a number of regular income-generating products including our lottery, regular giving and digital fundraising. Using multiple channels; face-to-face, telemarketing, direct mail, email and paid social.
Working alongside a great fundraising and marketing team, and with our external suppliers and agencies, you will develop our committed giving programme and meet our sign up and income targets for regular giving recruitment, manage our weekly lottery and its growth, and deliver effective supporter journeys.
You will work both strategically and operationally to develop and maximise regular donor acquisition and retention, and ensuring our lottery activity is compliant and delivered on budget. You will have the opportunity to put forward your own plans and ideas using insight and data. You will work with suppliers, including face-to-face agencies to provide best value for money for the Hospice. You will motivate donors to give by mail, through face-to-face, telemarketing, email and online. Measuring the impact of campaigns with results analysis, and strong budgeting skills are also key. We are open to applications from those with fundraising skills in other areas of income generation, as well as those who have transferable skills from another sector.
This position is full time and based at Thames Hospice in Maidenhead with the option to work two days from home.
