Senior Product Manager
Nandos are looking for a Senior Product Manager to support our growing Accounting and Banking domain. As we move to a multi-channel digital offering our financial operations need to keep pace. Help us lay strong financial foundations to support our new Digital sales channels and then move us into the world of predictive finance to help us make better financial decisions and strategy.
As a Senior Product Manager you may manage multiple products or a complex one across a business domain(s) covering all elements of people, process and technology.
Key responsibilities:
You will drive the development of a product vision, strategy and roadmap for your area which will be built on solid data, insight and user focus
During this process you will be responsible for championing the user and balancing this with business, technical and commercial priorities.
You will own and manage key business stakeholder relationships across your domain bringing in business expertise where you need it
You will own the modelling behind the budget needed to fulfil the product vision and strategy along with the ongoing budget management
You will work within a cross-functional team to prioritise, design and shape new product and service experiences to execute on the vision and strategy.
You will measure your team’s performance and the impact of your products. You will have a clear and impactful strategy to drive product adoption across your area/users meaning that your product launches drive large amounts of sustaining value
You will enable your team to provide effective product support to users and strike the balance between driving change and supporting your existing product suite
You will play a role along with a tech lead in helping shape and lead your cross functional team across ways of working and team culture.
You will be contributing across the wider product community sharing knowledge and helping build the product management discipline at Nandos
You will own and manage any key vendor or third party relationships/deliveries across your domain
