Senior Marketing Manager (Performance) – Digital Healthcare – London

A global Digital Healthcare that specialises in tailored services to support patients with their healthcare needs is looking to hire a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to support their UK campaigns.

In this role you will be supporting junior members to strategically plan and deliver marketing campaigns for their specialised products across paid media and social media platforms.

Although this is a global company, the UK hub is operating in a start-up environment and plans to grow their marketing operations to the capacity of their other hubs. You will be expected to be hands-on and eventually build a team around you.

Salary: up to £90,000

Hybrid: x3 per week in City of London

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5years in performance marketing or similar
• Proven experience with paid media campaigns across; Meta (Facebook, Instagram etc), Google, YouTube and TikTok
• Experience with Google analytics and AD reporting to determine campaign Performance, success and optimisation
• Experience with growing conversion volume within CAC targets
• Desirable experience of a fast pace environment such as; start-ups, E-commerce/retail, digital agencies
• Desirable experience with EU consumer markets, particularly Germany
