About the Role

As a Marketing Executive, you ll play a key role in shaping our brand presence and supporting our recruitment teams with engaging marketing campaigns. You ll have the opportunity to work across multiple digital platforms, creating compelling content and managing our marketing initiatives.

What You ll Do:

• Design eye-catching marketing materials using Canva & Photoshop
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
• Develop engaging content for social media and digital platforms
• Support internal and external marketing campaigns
• Assist in brand development and online presence strategy
• Work collaboratively with the Sales team to drive company success
• Assisting in the creation of Sales tenders & Presentations

What We re Looking For:

• Marketing experience in a similar role (preferably in recruitment or B2B)
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
• Experience with Mailchimp and email marketing campaigns
• A creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with people from various teams
• Strong copywriting skills and an ability to align with a brand voice
