POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our client, a global supplier into the sporting industry based in Wetherby. In collaboration with the leadership team and working closely with the sales team, the Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in devising and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

The Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Group s sales teams to promote our products and services via both online and offline campaigns. This position is ideal for a Marketing Executive looking to move into a more senior/autonomous role.

We are looking for a marketing generalist with a combination of experience across digital and offline channels, who has the potential to grow with the role. Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of the marketing strategy tailored at both existing and potential customers
• Develop and maintain all branded documents
• Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns
• Responsible for uploading and updating content on the website
• Manage the Group s LinkedIn account
• Proactively work with the sales team to identify opportunities where marketing support will increase sales, including new product launches, complimentary products and seasonal trends
• Work with a freelancer to successfully execute projects, e.g. brochure creation and website updates
• Ordering of promotional items
• Organise exhibition attendance including booking stand, graphics, promotional material, working with managing director to execute well. Please note this may involve some overseas travel and nights away but this will be coordinated according to the individual needs
• Provide monthly KPI reports to the Directors

Please note this is an office based role with the option to work remotely once a week. Based on the location of the office you would be required to drive.

Your Experience:

• 2+ years b2b marketing experience
• Previous email marketing experience – creation and delivery
• An understanding of LinkedIn marketing and how to utilise the platform to generate leads
• Good organisational skills
• Able to work under pressure and to a time frame
• Able to communicate clearly
• Positive attitude
• Pro-active self-starter
