The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. This individual will have a proven track record in both events and digital marketing, with more than 5 years of progressive experience in the field.

Your core tasks will include:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote our automation products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create annual marketing plans that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.

Digital Marketing:

• Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Develop and oversee website content, ensuring it is optimised for search engines and user experience.
• Utilise analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Event Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including trade shows, webinars, conferences, and product launches.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure events are aligned with marketing strategies and business goals.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics to ensure successful event execution.

Content Creation and Management:

• Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and press releases.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral.

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

• Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into qualified leads.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead handoff and follow-up.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track, measure, and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
• Continuously optimise marketing efforts based on data and feedback.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent.
