Summary We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and creative marketing and communications person to join our team at Attingham Park.

As part of a dynamic and energetic team you will have the opportunity to play a part in making a difference every day, using your specialist knowledge, skills and experience to share content both internally and externally.
Salary: £24,371 per annum pro rata
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term Contract ending 4th Jan 2024

The National Trust team here today conserve and care for the estate carrying on the legacy of the eighth Lord and Lady Berwick who left the estate to the National Trust in 1947.

Attingham Park is arguably Shropshire’s greatest estate.
Built in 1785 and owned by the same family for five generation, today it is around 4,000 acres in size, and at its heart is a mansion, parkland, walled garden, play space, deer park and various food and beverage and retail outlets.
Click here for more information about this location What you’ll be doing Day to day, you’ll develop and deliver our annual marketing plan to help achieve our ambitious targets, and reach out to new audiences. This will include creating content across all media platforms – including the website, social media and email marketing, writing and distributing press releases, supporting on campaigns, image management, and representing us on location filming and broadcast media when you need to.
We’re looking for someone who can help us reach larger and more diverse audiences for our property and our digital content. Your role will ensure that we’re sharing the best stories we can about Attingham Park as a place to visit as well as raising awareness of our conservation work.

Who we’re looking for You’ll need to have a creative flair, with excellent written skills, as well as an eye for a great image or video content. Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in the heritage or conservation industry.
