Senior Insight Manager
£55,000 – £65,000
A global pharmaceutical business are looking for an Insight Manager to join their Digital function in London. You will be responsible for uncovering insights that improve business performance, across customer experience, CRM and digital data. You will work with senior stakeholders across different specialities and will support the Insight and Analytics team in the digital excellence team.
They have been going through a digital transformation in the UK over the last 6 months and you will play a key role in their growth.
Be the ‘voice of the consumer’, regularly publishing useful insight updates, and working in cross-functional teams across the business to shape actions consumer insights strategies
Collaborate with the Insights & Analytics team to ensure reporting fits with the needs of each BU
Utilise consumer experience, CRM and digital data to provide reports and insight to the teams
Effectively communicate key insights and actions, providing context and analysis as required to stakeholders
Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
Experience in a research/insight position – agency or client side is fine
The ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
Experience working across omnichannel data
Being able to provide Insight and report to senior stakeholders
