We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts for a portfolio of premier exhibitions & events in Dubai, one of the world’s most dynamic and thriving business hubs.
Key Responsibilities –
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive event attendance, exhibitor participation, and sponsorship opportunities.
Lead the development of annual marketing plans, budgets, and timelines while ensuring the highest return on investment.
Market Insights and Audience Understanding
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and audience behavior within the MENA region.
Translate insights into actionable strategies to effectively target and engage key demographics.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management
Oversee the creation and execution of integrated campaigns leveraging digital platforms (SEO/SEM, email, social media, and content marketing) and traditional channels (print, OOH, and PR).
Ensure campaigns deliver consistent, impactful messaging that enhances brand equity and drives engagement.
Brand Management and Positioning
Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational values and objectives.
Strengthen the brand’s market presence, positioning events as must-attend experiences for industry leaders and stakeholders.
Leadership and Team Development
Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing marketing team to deliver outstanding results.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and content teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
Set and monitor KPIs for all marketing activities, providing regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
