Reporting into the Sales Director, the Senior Digital Product Owner will form part of our Senior Management team and provide digital product support for a fast-growing challenger brand in the Extended Warranty sector, with a vision to build a major household brand.
The successful applicant will have previous experience with Salesforce and Marketing cloud and worked in the digital product owner or similar position for at least 1 year. Previous marketing experience would be highly desirable as well as working with Payment Service providers (PSP’s).
Previous experience managing digital change and transformation is a must. Basic development of the user interfaces and workflow automation is required and previous experience in designing and building Marketing cloud automated communication journeys is desirable.
The successful applicant will manage both digital change project work and BAU requirements including incident management, fault finding and issue resolution.
The role with require managing a 3rd party development partner and ensuring development work is completed to a high standard, in a timely manner and within agreed budgets. The successful applicant will manage the Salesforce and Marketing Cloud contracts and relationship.
Stakeholder management is essential to the role and the applicant will need to work across all functions in the business inc. Sales, Operations, Finance and Commercial functions to ensure Salesforce/Marketing cloud requirements and change requests are documented, scoped and delivered.
You will be working closely with our Payment Service providers (PSP’s) to ensure all payments are received and histories accurately recorded, therefore previous experience with Asperato and Go Cardless would be desirable but not essential.
The applicant will be key to a rapidly growing business that has offered exponential growth every 12 months and must have experience in working in an emerging business or be sufficiently adaptable to enjoy a fast paced and fun environment, whilst understanding the challenges of an emerging business.

Core Duties
Managing Digital changes projects
Managing 3rd party development teams
Generating and distributing salesforce/marketing cloud reporting
Managing integrations with other platforms
Salesforce and Marketing Cloud administration duties, including, Workflows, Process Builder, Journey Builder, Flow assignment rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, dashboards and reports
Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
Sandbox/production environment management
Incident Management
Testing and business readiness roll out planning
Create a platform roadmap, pipeline management and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
Design and implementation of automated Marketing Cloud Communication journeys
Data management and Data integrity
Assist with the creation of training material and technical documentation.
Experience in payment processing of credit/debit cards, Direct Debits and PSP’s highly desirable.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year experience product owner of Salesforce.
Basic Apex code and development experience
Profession Project management certificate preferred.
Experience in managing digital change projects
Advanced Excel skills
