I’m delighted to be partnering with a fantastic digital marketing agency in Warwickshire who are on the lookout for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing agency who host some particularly impressive clients who operate predominantly in the hospitality and leisure sector.

Ideally you will have a strong background in marketing strategy, account management, campaign execution, and analytics, combined with a proven ability to mentor and lead a small team.

This is a very hands on digital role. Our client is looking for someone with strong PPC & Google Ads capabilities. You will be focussing on:

• Search
• Display
• Social Media Ads

“What would make me suitable for this role?”

• Minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience, with at least 4 years managing Google Ads Campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including PPC, SEO, social media management, and analytics software.
• Proven track record of successfully mentoring marketing team members.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and campaign management.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication, account management and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to get stuck into some very impressive accounts and apply your digital skillset. You will serve as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

This role is paying a competitive salary of 32,500- 37,500 and will require you to be in our client’s beautiful offices in Rugby 3 days per week.
