The Senior Digital Analyst assists in the delivery of best-in-class digital insight across TUI’s digital assets, including but not limited to tui.co.uk and firstchoice.co.uk. In an exciting and diverse role, this Analyst will focus on driving change through digital insight for business-critical projects, such as our ventures into new products and markets.

You will be joining the company at a very exciting time, being part of the eCommerce function which is driving the digital focus within TUI UK&I; we are at a significantly evolved point in our digital journey with an exciting roadmap ahead. In addition to being digitally focused TUI UK&I is also investing heavily in analytics, with this also being a key focus in driving the business forward.

Our Head office is in Luton (Just over 20 minutes from London), but TUI believes that work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We believe in offering as much flexibility to the individual on whether they work from an office or elsewhere. Of course there may be occasions when we will need you in the office for business reasons, but wherever reasonable we allow you to make the choice.

ABOUT THE JOB

• As Senior Digital Analyst you will have responsibilities covering a variety of areas including strategic insight, data integrity, forecasting, work flow optimization, AB and Multi-Variant Testing.
• The core of your role will be liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders to support and shape strategic business initiatives through the application of data and insight, drawing on knowledge from other teams (e.g. customer analytics and commercial analytics) where applicable.
• You may have opportunity to support and shape the development of our self-service optimisation across multiple sites, and will also have responsibility for supporting stakeholders’ day-to-day data requirements (using Adobe Analytics Premium and adobe Target) while simultaneously having a constant eye on the future, highlighting opportunities that may not yet have been considered.
• Assisting with prioritisation on the roadmap and leading tests from hypothesis and specification through to monitoring and analysis.
• You will be comfortable in A/B and multivariate test hypotheses and then presenting your insights, scientifically proven to the appropriate stakeholders.
• In relation to analytics availability you will be responsible for creating actionable reports and dashboards, at all times taking an educational/ support approach to encourage self-service by stakeholders using Adobe Reports & Analytics (SiteCatalyst).

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience of Digital Analytics
• Fast thought speed, able to identify analytics approach quickly and deliver at speed
• Extensive experience in using enterprise level web analytics solutions, ideally on a commercial website, ideally in Travel.
• Experience with Adobe Data Workbench, Adobe Analytics, SiteCatalyst would be preferred (Although those with experience of Google Analytics, Core Metrics etc would be considered.
• Understand digital data collection techniques and limitations
• Excellent knowledge of digital technology and understanding of key developments in online conversion analytics
• Established advanced user of Microsoft Excel
