It develops, publishes and distributes highly engaging games to a worldwide audience, ha well-recognised portfolio and continues to acquire strategic businesses, enhancing its position on the world stage. We are looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel with experience in the gaming industry to join the collegiate legal team, based in Central London.Reporting to the General Counsel, you will have a key role as a trusted advisor to the business on all matters around games publishing, development and licensing, IP, marketing, promotions and advertising etc. This is a highly visible role across multiple jurisdictions, working on a wide range of diverse and innovative matters.You may come from private practice or have moved in-house already: in each case we are looking for lawyers with a solid foundation in and knowledge of the games industry. You will also have energy, confidence and credibility to communicate effectively and be a visible and valued member of this very highly-regarded team.There will be a couple of direct reports into this role so management aspirations or experience will be necessary.Our client is offering a brilliant growth opportunity and a wonderful place to work: the culture is warm and supportive, with great work/life balance.
