We have partnered with a small but fast-growing specialist consultant and are seeking an experienced security-cleared (SC) Service Designer/UK Specialist to join their dynamic team.
*Note: As this is a consultancy role, the right personality is key. We seek professionals with previous experience in a consultancy environment as you will represent our client’s brand and must have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The successful UX Designer will be asked questions and required to work collaboratively on a range of aligned duties. Those who have a can-do attitude and take responsibility for getting things done will be very well suited for the role.
* Location: Hybrid, predominantly UK remote with a site visit 1-2 days a month: Corsham, London, Swindon.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user behaviour, needs, and pain points.
– Designing, executing, and analysing quantitative and qualitative user research data.
Creating visual representations of the identified processes and engage with the stakeholders for a better understanding of their end-to-end process.
Create visual representations of the programme solution with appropriate levels of abstraction to clearly communicate purpose and method
– Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions.
Creating presentations to showcase ideas, use cases and provide updates on project progress.
Creating UX solution concepts to help refine product and service requirements.
– Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and optimize the user experience.
– Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints in terms of design, branding, and user interaction.
– Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and enhance the overall experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
– Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
– Solid understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
– Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
– Passion for creating seamless, user-centred designs and improving the overall user experience.
