Security Assurance Coordinator (DV Cleared) NEW

Our client, a rapidly growing organisation, urgently require an experienced Security Assurance Coordinator to undertake a long term contract.

In order to be successful, it is essential that you have the following experience:

• Extensive experience as a Security Assurance Coordinator within a DV Cleared environment
• Comprehensive background within MoD Systems Assurance
• Ensure compliance with MoD security policies, standards, and frameworks
• It is essential that you hold an active DV clearance
• Consultancy based role, must be able to commit to 3 days per week

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and coordinate security assurance activities across MoD systems projects.
• Support the development, review, and maintenance of RMADS (Risk Management and Accreditation Documentation Sets)
• Ensure compliance with MoD security policies, standards, and frameworks (e.g., JSP440, JSP604, NCSC guidance)
• Liaise with accrediting authorities, system owners, and delivery teams to achieve and maintain accreditation
• Conduct risk assessments and advise on appropriate mitigations
• Track and report on assurance progress, highlighting risks and issues to stakeholders
• Provide guidance on secure system design, implementation, and operation
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement of assurance processes
